One lane of the notorious A12 is currently shut with a broken down vehicle blocking the road.The incident occurred between junction 18 at Sandon and junction 19 at the Boreham interchange.The road was also affected by a crash earlier this morning near Marks Tey.An accident involving a car and a lorry ended with the lorry on the grass verge by the side of the road in between junctions 24 and 25.
