A DUAL appeal to bring more than 200 homes to Southminster has been rejected by the Planning Inspectorate.The first application, originally refused by Maldon District Council in July 2014, was for 240 homes on a nine-and-a-half hectare site south of New Moor Farm.A follow-up application of 220 homes was also rejected in February of this year.Both decisions were appealed against by developer Gladman, but not only did planning inspector Frances Mahoney find in favour of the council in a report...
